Katherine H. Rabin
Chief Executive Officer

Katherine Rabin has been CEO of Glass Lewis since April 2007. Rabin joined the leading investment research and global proxy advisory firm shortly after it was founded in 2003 and became part of the original management team, overseeing various strategic initiatives during the company's key growth phases. Prior to becoming CEO, Rabin was Senior Vice President at Glass Lewis, responsible for Operations. She was responsible for the development of Glass Lewis' ViewPoint vote management platform. Before joining Glass Lewis, Rabin was vice president of communications at supply chain management company QRS Corporation, where she helped create and then managed the company's investor relations program. Previously, Rabin was in charge of research at OTA/Off The Record Research, an independent investment research firm specializing in supply chain analysis. From 1992 to 1997, she was business editor at the San Francisco Examiner.

Kathy A. Appuhn
Chief Administrative Officer

Prior to joining Glass Lewis, Kathy Appuhn held top financial positions at several high technology, venture-backed companies, including Moxi Digital (2001-2002) , Elease (2000-2001), Omnicell (1995-2000), Crystal Dynamics (1993-1995), and Global Village (1990-1993). From 1985 to 1990, she was business unit controller and Director of Marketing at Western Digital. Appuhn is a graduate of Stanford University.

John Wieck
Chief Operating Officer

John Wieck joined Glass Lewis as Vice President of Operations in February of 2008. Prior to joining Glass Lewis, Wieck was Senior Director of Client Services at Broadridge Financial Solutions which was formerly part of Automatic Data Processing (ADP). Wieck held various roles supporting both the US and international proxy distribution businesses in his fourteen years at Broadridge/ADP. During his last three years, Wieck was responsible for the client service teams supporting both institutional investors and global custodians in addition to the global operations team supporting Broadridge/ADP's international proxy distribution business. Weick earned his BS in Management and International Business from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business and his MBA in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University's Frank G. Zarb School of Business.

Warren Chen
Managing Director, M&A and Quantitative Research

Prior to joining Glass Lewis, Warren Chen was an Associate Director at UBS' Technology Investment Banking practice, where he focused on the communications equipment industry and advised companies on various corporate transactions and corporate finance issues. Prior to his career in finance, Chen was a research engineer at Boeing's Commercial Aircraft Group. Chen brings to Glass Lewis over 10 years of experience both in corporate finance and quantitative analysis. Chen is a graduate of MIT with BS and MS degrees in Aeronautical Engineering. Chen also earned an MBA from University of California at Berkeley's Haas School of Business and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Robert McCormick, Esq.
Chief Policy Officer

Prior to joining Glass Lewis, Bob McCormick was the Director of Investment Proxy Research at Fidelity Management & Research Co., which he joined in 1997. At Fidelity, he managed the proxy voting of more than 700 retail and mutual fund accounts, holding 4,000 domestic and international securities worth in excess of $1 trillion. Prior to joining Fidelity, McCormick was a staff attorney at Keenan, Powers & Andrews and Prudential Securities Incorporated, both in New York City. McCormick is an attorney who earned his law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law after graduating with honors from Providence College. He serves on the International Corporate Governance Network's Cross-Border Voting Practices and Securities Lending committees.

Kevin S. Ferguson
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Prior to joining Glass Lewis, Kevin Ferguson was the senior vice president and regional managing director of sales at Thomson Corporation, a global provider of integrated information-based solutions to business and professional customers. He managed the direct sales activity to all business lines of Thomson's client base, including Investment Banking, Institutional Trading, Asset Management, and Retail banking, and was accountable for clients such as Wells Fargo, Charles Schwab and Barclays Global Investors. Previously Ferguson was on the sales management teams at World Street Corporation and StreetFusion, two internet-based solutions for the financial services industry. He also served in a senior management position at American International Group, where he was responsible for development of their sales and marketing. Ferguson brings to Glass Lewis 15 years of experience providing institutional investors with research, data and technology services. He is a graduate of the University of the Pacific.

Nichol Garzon-Mitchell, Esq.
Vice President and General Counsel

Prior to joining Glass Lewis, Nichol Garzon worked as an attorney in Mexico, with a focus on international business transactions, corporate and commercial law. She participated in several cross-border transactions involving the representation of clients doing business in Mexico. Garzon holds an LL.M. in corporate and securities law from Northwestern University, School of Law, and a J.D. from the Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara, Mexico. She is a member of both the State Bar of California, as well as the Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados (Mexican Bar Association). Her native languages are English and Spanish. She is also fluent in French and has a working knowledge of Portuguese. In addition to serving as Vice President and General Counsel, Garzon serves as our resident expert on Latin-American corporate governance issues.

David Eaton
Vice President of Proxy Research

As Vice President of Research, David Eaton manages Glass Lewis' research department. Mr. Eaton has held multiple positions at Glass Lewis, including U.S. research analyst and Director of Glass Lewis' Common Law research team (covering Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and South Africa). More recently, Mr. Eaton was AVP of Compensation and ESG Research, responsible for the company's compensation analysis globally, with oversight of the firm's say-on-pay policies. In this role, he also oversaw environmental, social, and governance (ESG) research and proposal analysis. Prior to joining Glass Lewis in 2004, Mr. Eaton worked as a research analyst for GovernanceMetrics International. In 2008, Mr. Eaton joined Mercer Consulting and managed their Global Executive Remuneration Research and Insights team for two years before returning to Glass Lewis in 2010. Mr. Eaton holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Haverford College and a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from the Yale University School of Management.

Brittany Wedereit
Vice President of Product Development

Prior to joining Glass Lewis, Brittany Wedereit participated in the development of proprietary software and was responsible for managing all equity-related matters and coordinating financings for a number of private companies while at Eprosper, a corporate securities management firm. Before joining Eprosper, Wedereit was a corporate paralegal at a public company and was responsible for handling all corporate compliance matters as well as administering the company's various stock plans. Wedereit graduated from the University of California at San Diego with a B.A. in French Literature and is fluent in both French and Spanish.

Mike O'Sullivan
General Manager European Operations

Mike has recently joined Glass Lewis to head up our European Operations. Mike has over 25 years experience at management level in multinational financial services and technology companies. He served as European Service Director at AST Computers before joining a General Electric financial services company as Operations Director in 1999. Since then he has served as VP Operations at Genworth Financial, a successor company to GE Insurance. In that role, he was responsible for delivering a high level of service in policy administration, claims and customer service to customers in 20 countries. An experienced business coach and leader, he has also led start up operations, and most recently has been consulting in the SME sector. A graduate in electronics from the Dublin Institute of Technology, he completed his Chartered Director programme in 2010, and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
